TENANT PLACEMENT

  • The agent will visit the property to take photos
  • We advertise extensively for tenants on major property portals
  • The agent will view the property with prospective tenants
  • We do a full TPN/ITC check and other credit checks

  • The agent will draw up  & co-ordinate the signing of the lease

  • Chase and follow up late and part payments on behalf of the landlord
  • Deal with problematic tenants when necessary 
  • Feedback to the owner in the case of any issues 
  • Payment of utilities, levies and any other accounts
  • Assistance and advice with regards to Legal Processes & Evictions
